5. Installation Process
Our standard installation process is as follows:
- Most conservatory roof replacements are completed within 3-5 working days.
- We will agree a start date with you and aim to keep to the agreed schedule. However, installation timescales may be affected by adverse weather conditions, supply delays, or unforeseen structural issues.
- We will keep you informed of any changes to the agreed schedule as soon as possible.
- Our teams work during standard hours (typically 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday) unless otherwise agreed.
- We take all reasonable care to protect your property during the installation. Any areas at risk will be covered and protected appropriately.
- We will remove all waste materials and leave the site clean and tidy upon completion.
- A final inspection will be conducted upon completion, and you will be asked to sign off the work as satisfactory.

We stand behind the quality of our work with comprehensive guarantees:
- All conservatory roof replacement installations come with a 10-year workmanship guarantee and 40-year manufacturer's warranty.

- Manufacturer warranties apply to specified components and materials, as detailed in your guarantee documentation.
- Every installation receives full building regulations certification as standard.
- Guarantees are subject to normal use and proper maintenance. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications is not covered.
- Guarantee documentation will be provided to you upon completion of the installation.
- Guarantees are transferable to new homeowners in the event that you sell your property.
7. Planning Permission and Building Regulations
The following terms apply to planning permission and building regulations:
- Most conservatory roof replacements qualify as permitted development and do not require planning permission. We will advise you if your project requires planning permission.
- Building regulations approval is required for all conservatory roof conversions. We handle the entire building regulations process on your behalf at no additional cost.
- Properties in conservation areas, listed buildings, or those with existing planning restrictions may have additional requirements. We will advise you of these before any work begins.
- It is the homeowner's responsibility to inform us of any existing planning conditions, restrictive covenants, or party wall agreements that may affect the installation.
- We will obtain all necessary building control sign-off and provide you with the relevant certification upon completion.
8. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your contract under the following terms:
- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign the contract, during which you may cancel without giving any reason.
- To cancel, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within the 14-day period.
- If you have requested that work begins within the cooling-off period, you may still cancel but may be liable for any work already carried out.
- Cancellations after the 14-day cooling-off period may be subject to charges for materials already ordered or work already undertaken.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an installation if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from completing the work safely or to the required standard.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited as follows:
- We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry best practices and relevant regulations.
